An information service that compares a building or trade quote with typical prices for similar work. It helps you ask better questions, but it is not a valuation, survey or professional advice.

Terms of use
The short version: TallyBrick gives you information, and you make the decisions.
No guarantee of price
Our price ranges are estimates. We adjust them for your area and, when enough are available, include real quotes checked through TallyBrick. Prices vary with materials, access, ground conditions and timing. A quote outside a range does not mean anyone has done anything wrong.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and for your own decisions about who to hire and what to sign. Always read the contract you are given.
Introductions
Introductions happen only at your request. TallyBrick does not employ, supervise, endorse or guarantee the work of any trade firm, and is not a party to any contract you enter with one.
Trade firms
Firms must give accurate details and hold valid insurance and any required registrations. Plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time. We may withdraw access where checks fail or homeowners report a problem.
Acceptable use
Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, attempt to extract our reference data in bulk, or use the service to harass a tradesperson or another user.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
